Located towards the west of Twickenham and comprising of 3 dilapidated dwellings.  The vendor had gained full planning permission for the demolition of the existing houses and construction of a brand-new residential scheme of 8 houses.  Upon planning approval we negotiated terms between the vendor and our client, with exchange of contracts taking place shortly after.
