We identified the strategic development potential of the site and approached the landowner directly, subsequently negotiating and securing a long-term option agreement on behalf of our client. A planning application was submitted for 30 new homes, including 50% affordable housing, with the site successfully demonstrating its credentials as Grey Belt land. The application was subsequently approved by Planning Committee, representing an excellent outcome for our client and unlocking the development potential of the site.
