Meet our Director
Richard Entwisle
Richard has over two decades of experience in the property industry, with a background spanning residential agency, new homes and development land. He has advised on a wide range of residential development transactions, from small off-market sites through to major strategic land opportunities.
As Director of Rendl, Richard works closely with landowners, developers and housebuilders on the acquisition and disposal of development land. His extensive industry network, market knowledge and commercial approach enable him to identify opportunities, bring the right parties together and navigate transactions through to completion.
Richard places particular emphasis on building long-term relationships and providing straightforward, commercially focused advice. Many of Rendl’s opportunities and instructions are generated through established industry contacts and repeat relationships.
Outside of Rendl, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, as well as golf and snowboarding.
